1. About this policy

Color Fit is a puzzle game operated by Hong Kong Truveltang co., ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). This notice describes the current offline game and this policy website. It explains what stays on your device, what happens when you choose to share or contact us, and the information needed to deliver this website.

The current game does not require an account, use an operator-run gameplay or cloud-save server, or integrate advertising, analytics or attribution SDKs. We do not collect advertising identifiers or use the current game to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. These statements describe the current implementation; they do not describe independent services provided by your operating system, app store, email provider or an app you choose for sharing.

2. Game data on your device

The game stores the following in its local app storage so that you can continue playing and keep your preferences:

• Unlocked and completed levels, the current level and board arrangement.
• Color-placement and replay information used to restore and animate your puzzle.
• Tutorial completion, sound and haptic settings.
• A local backup of the progress file, and screenshots created when you choose to share.

Our game code does not upload these local files to us. Routine gameplay does not ask for your name, email address, contact list or precise location. Device or operating-system backups may include app data if you enable those services; manage them through their own settings.

3. Sharing a picture

Sharing is optional. On iOS, tapping Share creates a picture of the game screen in app storage and opens the system share sheet. You decide whether to continue, which app or service to use, and who receives the picture. Opening the share sheet does not automatically send the image to us.

The service you select processes the information you share under its own terms and privacy notice. A copy that you save or send outside the game may remain there after you delete the game. On other supported test platforms, the game may open the locally saved picture instead.

4. When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your sender address, the message and any attachments you choose to include. We use this information to answer your question, investigate a problem and handle privacy requests. Our game does not automatically attach or send your save file.

Please include only what is necessary. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive information unless we specifically explain why it is needed. Our email service provider may process correspondence to deliver and store it.

5. This website and technical records

This is a static information website. It does not use accounts, cookies, browser storage, advertising, third-party analytics, tracking pixels or externally loaded fonts. All page styling is served from this site.

To deliver a page, our hosting infrastructure receives necessary connection information, such as your IP address, requested address, request time and browser/network information. Routine access logging is disabled for this site. Necessary error and security diagnostics may still record connection or request details when a fault or suspicious request occurs. These records help us keep the site available, investigate faults and prevent abuse; they are not used to profile players for advertising.

Website error logs are checked for daily rotation, and up to 14 rotated files are retained. Empty files need not rotate; the actual retention period depends on when records are generated and rotated. A relevant record may be preserved longer when needed to investigate a specific incident or meet a legal obligation. Hosting providers may maintain their own infrastructure records under their service arrangements.

6. Disclosure and processing locations

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising in the current game or this website. Hosting and email providers may process website requests or correspondence to provide their services. We may disclose information we actually hold when required by law, to investigate abuse or protect users, or in a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

The operator is based in Hong Kong. This website is hosted on Alibaba Cloud infrastructure in the United States. Website connection information and correspondence may be processed outside your country, including where the relevant hosting or email provider operates. Local game data is not sent to an operator gameplay server by our game code.

7. Retention, deletion and your choices

Local progress, settings, replay information and in-app screenshot files remain while the app’s data remains on your device. Deleting app data removes them and resets your local progress. On iOS, use Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Color Fit → Delete App; Offload App retains documents and data. On Android, use the app’s Storage settings to clear its data, if available. Device backups and pictures already shared or saved elsewhere are managed separately through the relevant service.

We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, resolve the matter and meet applicable legal obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified. Website diagnostic retention is described above.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict or object to processing of information we hold, withdraw consent where applicable, or complain to a relevant authority. Contact us with the subject “Color Fit privacy request”. We will verify requests proportionately and respond as required by applicable law. We cannot retrieve or remotely delete a local game save that was never sent to us.

8. Children and permissions

The current offline game does not ask a player’s age or knowingly collect children’s personal information through gameplay. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. Please avoid sending additional information about the child beyond what is needed to locate the relevant message.

Normal puzzle play does not require access to the camera, microphone, contacts, precise location or photo library. Sound and haptic options provide device feedback; they do not record audio. If you choose a destination in the system share sheet, the operating system or destination app controls any permissions needed for that separate action.

9. Security, updates and contact

We use local app storage for gameplay files, HTTPS for this website, and access controls appropriate to the information we hold. No device or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

We will update this policy before introducing data practices such as advertising, analytics, attribution or an online account service, and provide any notice or choice required for the change. An update will not treat continued play as consent to a new optional use of information.
